In 1980s powder pink came back in all rage on <em>power suits<\/em>, becoming the armor of working women. This kind of feminine power,&nbsp;specifically American, was the inspiration of the costumes designed by Nolan Miller for <em>Dynasty<\/em>.<\/p>\n<p>With this in mind, you have to admit that Marie Antoinette at the gym is a pretty good concept.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.liberty4fashion.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2016\/10\/image-asset-2.jpeg\" alt=\"\" \/> <\/p>\n<figure >\n<blockquote data-animation-role=\"quote\"    data-animation-override><p>     <span>&#8220;<\/span>When you look at the collection, it\u2019s easy to see what Rihanna was going for: you\u2019ve got the lace and silk, the bustiers and corsets, the diamonds and pearls borrowed from Marie Antoinette blended with deconstructed hoodies and tracksuits, baseball caps, bucket hats and doo-rags, and chunky-soled trainers drawn from the present day. It was a clever and very zeitgeisty blend of high-end, historical tropes and casual, wearable ones informed by contemporary streetwear. The whole range was perfectly epitomised in the outfit Rihanna herself wore to take her final bow: a blush pink tracksuit-slash-ball-gown paired with a pearl choker.
